A Steven Spielberg / EA game! It’s definitely not something you’d think of associating Spielberg with… and some people consider it a let down, knowing he didn’t want to produce a purely cinematic game for the Wii but… well read my review already!
(Sorry no catgirl this time! The draft picture for this was just too creepy. x.x)

Warbirds, javelins, spiders, leviathans, terriers, weasels, lancasters, and sharks, the eight ships I’ll never forget. Subspace or Continuum, whichever you prefer to call it by, is a truly epic 2D space shooter MMO.

When it comes to online gaming, developers have a hell of a task in creating something that is anything but a complete and utter train wreck. Not only do they have to work out something that would be fun and enjoyable in the first place, but they also have to do the very annoying task of making it so the hundreds upon thousands of weaklings out there don’t exploit it for their personal gain. These things are all key, but what perhaps defines the best games (FPS or otherwise) is the quality of its maps. Bland corridors and the same old gaming styles are unlikely to ever work, so months have to be put into fine-tuning these beasts of design. Now, with a massive influx of new maps for many FPS games out there, and with old ones still being played to death, the question is whether or not any of these actually work…

After years of great war amongst humans, demons, and even God… a fragile thousand year peace was struck, and the memories of past gruesome events were forgotten. But, as with all peace… it soon devolved into yet another struggle due to selfishness and greed. —- Now… I never knew that there was actually a back story to this sprite filled world, but according to the official site… there is. Huh.
(Bonus catgirl as with all my reviews!)

Mario has had many parties throughout his life. This happens to be his 8th. Unfortunately this one brings little to nothing new to the table meaning that it’s probably one party that you should skip. That pretty much covers the review but… feel free to read on; those who do… get to see the second rendition of my still-unnamed review catgirl!

There’s no need to clarify the fact that Sonic the Hedgehog is pretty awesome. A ball of brilliant blue, blasting about at a breakneck speed… Although he’s probably not as good at alliteration as I am. Still, over the years there have been many attempts at actually increasing Sonic’s level of awesomeness. These generally consist of him transforming in a way that makes him look cooler, giving him stronger powers, or (In the most recent case) giving him fur and making him wish he’d bought a shaver. So, let’s have a look over the hedgehog’s past and discover more about his transformations—-Even those that don’t really work…

In the world of video game shooters, there is no doubting there is a lot to compete against. No matter whether the game is first or third person, and no matter what format it may be upon, in order for a game to succeed in this genre and become a classic it has to innovate and be extremely good in the process. Freedom Fighters definitely seems to be aiming for this result, with a unique squad-based style of gameplay and a ton of other interesting features. Yet is this game really worthy of your attention, or is it just another average title to be thrown upon an ever-expanding pile?

The chances are that you have heard of the Eyetoy in some shape or form over all the time it has been around. Heralded as a unique way to play, hundreds of people got into the craze and started jumping around and waving their arms in front of the telly with the first game to be released for it… Eyetoy Play. As this insanity occurred, people began to ask questions, and one of them was important for all to consider - Just how long can the fun really last when there are only a few games to play for it? Well, taking this into consideration, Sega themselves have stepped up to the bat, bringing their varied history and a ton of new games and features that aim to get you up and moving once again. Yet is this game really enough to get you in front of the TV once again?

Also known as, Super Monkey Ball: How to Ruin a Series.

Before even purchasing the game, I had heard from a good friend that it was not as good as the previous titles. Now… that was a massive understatement.
